Overview Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to support product quality throughout the manufacturing process. This role is responsible for inspecting and testing products at various stages of production, analyzing inspection data, and ensuring products meet established quality and reliability standards. The ideal candidate has strong blueprint reading skills, experience with precision measuring equipment, and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Inspect and test products at various stages of the production process Evaluate statistical and inspection data to ensure product quality and reliability Perform inspections related to incoming materials, setup inspections, PPAPs, and final inspections Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and visual standards Use precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and various gauges Operate optical and electronic inspection equipment such as comparators, OASIS machines, profilometers, and microheight systems Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records Communicate quality issues and findings with production and quality teams Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area Qualifications Advanced blueprint reading skills Strong understanding of work instructions and inspection standards Experience using hand tools such as micrometers and calipers Ability to use optical inspection equipment (comparators, OASIS, microscopes, etc.) Experience with profilometers, microheights, Talyrond, hardness testers, and thread gauges (go/no-go) Advanced computer skills with working knowledge of Vantage, SPC software, Microsoft Word, and Excel Basic math and reading skills Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly to changes Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Physical & Work Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift Safety-minded at all times Ability to read, write, and understand basic English Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and team members Why Join Us Stable, full-time opportunity in a manufacturing environment Hands-on role with advanced inspection equipment Opportunity to contribute directly to product quality and customer satisfaction #J-18808-Ljbffr
