As a night shift Quality Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of products that feed families and support industries worldwide. Schedule: 6PM–6AM | 2-2-3 Rotation Location: Cambria, WI Compensation: $22-$26 per hour (based on experience) Shift Premium: + $3.00/hour shift premium | Extra PTO: 40 hours annually What You’ll Do Perform routine testing and inspections to guarantee product quality and safety. Accurately record and analyze data using computer systems. Maintain a clean, food-safe work environment by following established procedures. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and keep operations running smoothly. Collaborate with a team committed to precision and continuous improvement. What You Bring A strong work history and proven reliability. Sharp attention to detail and a passion for quality. Comfort working in regulated or food-safe environments. Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency. A team-first mindset and desire for professional growth. (Experience in lab testing, food production, or quality assurance is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right candidates!)
