The Quality Control (QC) Technician will be responsible for inspecting and testing incoming materials, and measure product specifications to ensure they meet our quality standards and specifications. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our production process and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect and measure the materials and products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, as well as rejecting or returning unacceptable materials

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformances.

• Support material handling (into and out of the inspection area, for example), physical inventory, documentation verification, and ISO9000 audits for their area

• Create process documents as needed

• Support Engineering Reviews as needed

• Support the internal audit process and ensure compliance of quality control standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions

• Follow the work instruction, rule and safety guideline

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Participate in special projects or perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with 2-5 years of experience of quality inspections in a high-tech manufacturing environment or equivalent.

• Work experience in an ISO 9001 or IATF16949 Certified Company with knowledge of quality control principles and procedures

• Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment

• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and technical documents

• Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail with the task at hand
