How Will You Make an Impact? As a Quality Technician at our Salt Lake City, UT facility, you will help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards through accurate inspections, thorough documentation, and strong collaboration with production and engineering teams. You will support problem‑solving efforts, uphold ESD controls, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality directly impact product reliability and customer satisfaction. Schedule: 2nd Shift Location: On‑site at our Salt Lake City, UT facility. What Will You Do? Perform quality control inspections on products, components, and processes to identify non‑conformances. Document and report inspection results promptly and accurately. Communicate quality issues, risks, and resolutions to production, engineering, and leadership. Support customer satisfaction by addressing quality‑related questions and concerns. Implement and maintain Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control procedures to protect sensitive components. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality‑related problems. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes, systems, and product quality. Adhere to all company and industry safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet shared quality goals. Participate in ongoing training to improve knowledge of quality standards and best practices. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or quality assurance is preferred but not required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Understanding of quality control principles and inspection methodologies. Ability to perform detailed and accurate inspections. Proficiency in maintaining and implementing ESD controls. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies. Exceptional attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities. Commitment to safety and adherence to quality standards. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
