Requisition Number: 73409 Role Purpose This role will support our quality department in maintaining and improving the quality of our products and processes through investigations, software utilization, and documentation development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem solving, a desire to learn, and an interest in quality assurance in a manufacturing or production environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams on quality investigations for top quality losses utilizing all available data sources. Document quality investigation problem solving within EtQ CAPA system. Manage and report on quality investigation problem solving statuses and due dates to ensure successful and timely completion of top-quality loss problem solving. Effectively complete customer follow-ups within division timelines and complete 8D reports. Manage production inventory and documentation systems, including: Usage reports and decisions, including data collection and analysis. Document creation with reviews, approvals, maintenance, communication, and training. Lead document-related inventory, physical generation, maintenance, and storage. Support training, creation of standards, physical part inspection, and data system entries. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather suggestions, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and support business development activities. Stay current with industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in solar energy systems, participating in training programs and professional development activities as needed. Work Hours Days – Monday through Friday, 8 am‑5 pm Managing a 24/7 plant structure, so occasional overtime and/or support when needed. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification or associate degree in a relevant field preferred. 2+ years of experience in a technical setting or support. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, subcontractors, team members, and internal stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with basic analytical capabilities. Willingness and ability to learn and effectively use computer‑based quality systems. Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization. This position does not support immigration sponsorship. Salary range: $48,530.00 – $66,729.00 (full‑time). Starting pay depends on location, market, experience, training, and education.
