We are seeking an experienced Quality Technician III to support manufacturing operations through advanced inspection, process improvement, and quality assurance activities. This role focuses on ensuring that all products meet customer expectations by applying quality concepts, performing detailed inspections, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Release product for shipment by verifying proper documentation and certifications. Apply GD&T and perform dimensional verification for PPAP and first‑article parts. Support production with documentation interpretation and training on proper measurement techniques. Conduct technical inspection of manufactured and incoming raw materials. Collect, analyze, and present quality metrics. Program and operate FARO, Micro‑Vu, and CMM equipment using PC‑DMIS software. Audit internal processes, including workmanship and documentation reviews. Lead cause‑and‑corrective‑action activities for customer complaints and internal failures. Provide training and guidance to new quality inspectors and support team development. Participate in quality walks, continuous improvement projects, and process enhancement efforts. Ensure efficient, accurate, high‑quality work in all assigned tasks. Requirements 5+ years of quality inspection experience, preferably in metal fabrication or tight‑tolerance manufacturing. Proficient in blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation. Experience programming and operating CMMs using PC‑DMIS. Skilled in first‑article and PPAP dimensional verification. Ability to perform advanced math (fractions, decimals, ratios, percentages) and interpret graphs. Strong communication skills in one‑on‑one and small‑group settings. Associate degree in a related field preferred. Experience mentoring junior inspectors is a plus. FARO and Micro‑Vu programming/operation experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
