Our client, a leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department supporting production and quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Quality Technician Location: Poestenkill, NY Pay Range: $21-$25 Shift: Days 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM What’s the Job? Support activities related to the implementation, maintenance, control, and monitoring of quality systems and standards. Conduct inspections, evaluate data, and perform sampling of in‑process, finished products, and raw materials. Distribute product certifications and communicate quality standards to production teams. Assist production operators in achieving quality standards and resolving quality issues. Ensure compliance with corporate quality policies, regulatory requirements, ISO standards, and customer specifications. What’s Needed? Some college education is preferred. Experience working in a quality lab within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
