Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Sandusky, OH
Duration: Full Time - Permanent
Shift: 8 Hours a day 40 hours a week
Pay range: USD 15 - 18 per hour

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Analyst in Sandusky, OH. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for performing tests on crackers and cookies, documentation, calculating test results, monitoring GMPs and food safety, swabbing, and preparing samples for customers or labs.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control expertise
• Experience in Manual Testing
• Attention to detail and ability to identify defects accurately
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Relevant certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
• 2nd shift will flexibility
• Familiar with GMPS, SQF, HACCP, Organic, Kosher, GFCO
• Good mathematical skills
