  • Production Quality Control
  • Perform first-off inspections in all areas
  • Perform inspections for all components shipping to Customers
  • Perform production audits as needed
  • Perform daily dock audits
  • Immediately alert any product issues to management
  • Take part measurements using various hand tools
  • Perform Smoke Time testing

  • Quality Assurance
  • Assist with ISO and IATF compliance
  • Perform needed Quality Management Program audits
  • Assist with PPAPs
  • Assist with creation/update of work instructions
  • Verify correct tools/bits/routers/etc. being used for parts
  • Create/track calibrations for all tools
  • Monitor Inventory Levels
  • Ensure shipping labels match inventory on skid
  • Perform periodic inventory audits/inspections

  • Production Support
  • Provide back-up support for various production roles, when needed.
  • Maintain forklift certification
  • Support plant safety initiative & maintain safety protocols within all areas of production
  • Report any and all issues to a member of management
  • Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the RMCAT Employee Handbook
