About the Role & Team The Revenue Strategy & Operations team is seeking a Manager with a strong background in mathematics, statistics, or econometrics. This individual will drive revenue growth and operational efficiency by applying advanced quantitative methods to forecasting, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making. The role demands someone comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and building trust quickly in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Apply statistical techniques, such as Monte Carlo simulations and other probabilistic modeling, to perform advanced analysis on forecasts Enhance and refine existing probability models to account for uncertainty and improve decision-making under variability Develop analytical approaches to connect demand data with tangible business outcomes Collaborate with FP&A, Business Development, and Business Operations teams to tackle challenges and create data-driven solutions Present data-driven insights to leadership, turning complex datasets into strategic narratives Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in statistical or econometric analysis, preferably at an investment bank, hedge fund, or high-growth tech company Skilled in applying mathematical models to business forecasting and data analysis Strong ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights for strategic planning Proficient with statistical software and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) Solid grounding in statistical theory and probabilistic modeling Fast learner with a track record of translating quantitative results into business action Self-driven and proactive—takes initiative to identify and solve problems Ownership mentality with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy Must be authorized to work in the U.S. #J-18808-Ljbffr
