Global Customer Contracts Head
The scope of the role can be broken down into five key pillars:
RFQ management - working with our global customers and sales teams to develop winning RFQ responses.
Challenge - our engineering and operational teams to ensure that we construct highly competitive and profitable RFQ responses.
Plan - with our engineering and operational teams to ensure that RFQ responses capture and cost all design, capex, working capital, and product delivery needs of the project.
Customer contracts - protect our business and profitability by ensuring:
oTransparency on terms & conditions, liabilities, penalties, and cost-down commitments to which Goodridge is committing.
oAs far as is commercially viable, the inclusion of clauses to protect our business against cost variances.
Profitability - regularly analyse customer contract financial performance, develop appropriate improvement action plans, and provide support to our sales team in customer selling price renegotiations as may be required.
What is on offer?
Basic salary 40,000-60,000 upon based on experience.
