Quarantine Coordinator Apply
The Quality Assurance team is seeking a skilled and driven Quarantine Coordinator to join our team here at Ultradent!
This position provides support between the non-conforming products team to various internal customers while controlling the internal non-conforming and customer returned products.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Log non-conforming products from hold/quarantine requests, ECO alerts and other various requests.
- Communicating with manufacturing business units, warehouse, shipping/receiving, planning, procurement, quality, safety, marketing and product development for various requests and tasks.
- Dispositioning materials according to NCR determinations as well as material review board decisions.
- Processing customer returned products.
- Maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, including all MRB holding areas.
- Sorting materials as needed for scrap.
- Cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.

- Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented mind-set and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communications and writing skills. Able to effectively interact and communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.
What we're looking for in you:
- One year of manufacturing or warehouse experience within cGMP regulated environment is preferred (forklift experience is a plus)
- Demonstrated proficiency in moderate level PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with an ERP system, Oracle is a plus
- Experience with SharePoint is a plus
