Position: LPN / LVN (Nursing)

Location: Macedon, NY 14502

Pay Rate: $27/hr

Duration: 13 weeks contract

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Shift: 8hr Days; 8a-5p

Days: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and document observations.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.
• Update patient records and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.

Requirements:

• Current and valid LPN/LVN license in the state of New York.
• BLS/CPR certification (required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous nursing experience (preferred but not required).
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
