Summary
The Quotation Manager will lead the communication between the sales team and the clients, handle Request for Quotation tickets, Request for Proposal tickets, Design Specification Agreement, Vendor and Supply Chain Controls, and Pricing Ledger. Will help track RFQ/RFP on HubSpot to stay on top of all customers' needs. Analyze and speak directly with suppliers, including domestic and international manufacturers. Improve sourcing practices for optimal effectiveness. Use email to keep up to date business correspondence, and project timelines, and promote value engineering, as required.

- Maintain direct communication with suppliers, including domestic and international manufacturers, negotiate with the best pricing proposals, and approve Purchase Orders.
- Enter important data into the quotation worksheet, including international RFQ and RFP. Maintain RFQ tickets and tracking it through HubSpot.

- Maintain relationships with vendors and increase their interest in future bids, and effectively improve sourcing practices for optimal results.
- Utilizing email for record keeping and correspondence with the sales team and follow business direction from the President.
- Accurately estimate projects from conceptual through production document phases.
- Interpret different supplier proposals through detailed bid analysis sheet.

Qualifications
- High-End furniture manufacturing bidding experience is preferred.
- Can successfully work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions.
- 2-3 years of experience in Furniture purchasing. import, negotiation and estimating.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal communication with sales and client, and attention to details.
- Proficient in Data Analysis using MS Excel, Project, Access, PowerPoint, and CAD drawings; HubSpot experience is preferred.
