Job Description:
The R&D Engineer will support product development efforts under general supervision by performing clinical-systems and human factors engineering tasks. This includes investigating, defining, analyzing, documenting, and testing activities related to the development of specific projects.

Responsibilities:

• Performing additional analysis and/or interviews to determine the requirements and constraints for the assigned portion of the system.
• Applying theoretical principles, evaluation, ingenuity, and creative/analytical techniques typically gained through a recognized four-year academic course of study.
• Applying technical, clinical, and marketing understanding to resolve tasks within assigned projects.
• Utilizing engineering and scientific principles to evaluate and solve technical problems.
• Exercising appropriate technical judgment in planning, organizing, and performing clinical-systems engineering tasks.
• Routinely applying the most effective, cost-efficient, and best practices to execute processes.
