Location: Minnetonka, MN / Irvine, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months

Requirements:

  • Education: B.S. (Packaging degree preferred); MS with 2+ years or BS with 4+ years experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years in R&D Packaging Engineering (Medical Devices).
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of ISO 11607, ASTM, ISTA standards.
    • Packaging design, testing, process validation, and documentation.
    • Materials: Paperboard, Tyvek, thermoformed trays, films, injection molded parts, etc.
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Quality system controls and regulatory compliance expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, and qualify packaging components.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, quality, and suppliers.
  • Create and document test protocols and reports.
