Join the Industry Leader in Upholstered Furniture Design\nWe’re seeking a detail‑driven trainee to support our Research & Development team in creating, testing, and refining upholstery patterns and prototypes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on problem‑solving and wants to grow into a technical pattern‑making position.\nWhat You'll Do\n

- \nDevelop and maintain accurate digital and manual patterns for various upholstery products.\n \n
- \nCollaborate with R, Engineering, Cutting, and Upholstery teams.\n \n
- \nSupport prototype builds and adjust patterns based on fit and upholstery feedback.\n \n
- \nPrepare complete pattern packages for production facilities.\n \n
- \nSupport SKU onboarding and floor-level production trials.\n \n
- \nImprove material yield through optimized nesting.\n \n
- \nCreate technical documentation such as seam allowances and sewing guides.\n \n
- \nAssist with root-cause analysis on upholstery issues.\n \n
- \n
- \nBasic computer skills for pattern making and digital tracking\n \n
- \nGeneral upholstery or sewing knowledge (preferred, not required)\n \n
- \nStrong willingness to learn R&D processes, pattern development, and prototyping\n \n
- \nInnovative mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt during product development\n \n
- \nHigh attention to detail when measuring, cutting, and assembling test patterns\n \n
- \nPositive attitude and ability to collaborate with designers, engineers, and production teams\n \n
- \nComfort working in a fast‑paced environment with evolving project needs\n \n

- \nExperience in cutting, sewing, upholstery, engineering, or QA\n \n
