Job Title: Part-Time Rad Tech (Direct Hire)
Location: Surgery Center, East Setauket, NY

Pay Rate: Bill Rate $35-45 USD/Hour

Schedule:

• Availability: Monday, Thursday, and Friday (3 days per week)
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call

Reports to: Director of Nurses (DON)
EMR System: HST
Operating Rooms: 4
Surgeries per Month: 250

Qualifications:

• Required:

  • American Registry of Radiology Technicians (ARRT) certification
  • Minimum one year of fluoroscopy experience
  • BLS certification

• Preferred:

  • ASC experience
  • Ability to work in other areas of the center

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate imaging equipment and perform diagnostic X-rays as ordered
• Assist in preparing operating/procedure rooms
• Document radiation duration, test equipment weekly, and inspect protective X-ray aprons
• Maintain all related documentation, logs, and equipment reports
