Job Description:

• Position: Rad Tech - Radiology XRAY TECH
• Location: Pensacola, FL 32523
• Pay scale: $50-$51/hour
• Weekly Gross: $2,064.10/week
• Shifts: Days (7:30AM- 4PM---8*5-40 Hours)
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Start: ASAP

Facility Overview:

• Our facility is the area's only Atrial Fibrillation Certified hospital and was the area's first Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI and Breast Imaging Center of Excellence. We are also an Advanced Primary Stroke Center. The West Florida Healthcare campus includes the all-private room acute care hospital, a mental health facility, and the area's only CARF-accredited, comprehensive physical rehabilitation hospital.
• West Florida Healthcare offers major services in cardiology/cardiovascular surgery, oncology, neurology/neurosurgery, orthopedics, emergency care, behavioral health, obstetrics, rehabilitative medicine and many other medical specialties.

Required Certification:

• General Certification Requirements BLS
• Florida State rad tech license and ARRT (R)
• Advanced skills needed: OR and Fluoro experience

Dress Code: (Required uniform): Hunter Green scrubs

Procedures performed on unit: General diagnostic X-ray, Fluoro exams, and C-arm in the OR
