Job Title: Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

• Minimum Experience: 1 year
• Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by oncologists.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during treatment sessions.
• Maintain and operate treatment equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor patients' responses to treatment and report any adverse reactions to medical staff.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of patient treatments and dosages administered.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in quality assurance programs in line with healthcare regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification.
• Valid TMB state license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in Texas.
• 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in radiation therapy.
• Experience in a clinical setting is an advantage but not mandatory for fresh graduates.
