URL: Description: Qualification/Education: B Tech/M techKey ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding of RF principlesCreate radio frequency circuitry design, mixed signal board design, components, and systems.Proficiency in using HFSS software to model electromagnetic behavior and analyse signal propagation.Design of Power Amplifies, Combiners, splitters and RF switches.RF Power budget understanding & calculation.Design Knowledge ESM , Direction finding and ECM systems,Testing of RF components, power amplifier and devices in laboratory, anechoic chambers, and field tests to analyse and debug RF systems.Good knowledge on VSWR, impedance matching, Noise figure and S-Parameters testing.Design of tuneable RF filters.Troubleshooting interference.Mandatory knowledge on EMI/EMC and testing.Actively participate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF technology into defence and aerospace devices.Good Analytical skills to solve technical problems.Good Knowledge Mil standards 461E, EMI/EMC standards, Ruggedization etcDesirable Competency:Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication (written/verbal) skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Teamwork and collaboration.
