Radiologic Technologist- Eve Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Radiologic Technologist to join our team on a 13-week contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience performing diagnostic imaging procedures and be able to work independently during evening shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to quality patient care in a supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure high-quality images are produced to assist in accurate diagnosis.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment properly and safely.
• Comply with all radiation safety and infection control policies.
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of radiologic/imaging experience.
• Specific experience and training in Radiology preferred.
• Current New York State Radiologic Technologist license required.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.

• Local pay rates will apply to candidates residing within a 60-mile radius of the facility.
