Vigilant Supervision: Maintain a rock-solid safe environment on the firing line, ensuring all safety protocols are followed with a "safety-first" mindset. Member Concierge: Assist members with lane setups, basic firearm malfunctions, and shooting tips. You are the face of the club on the range. Conflict De-escalation: Handle any safety violations or rule-breaking with a calm, firm, and professional demeanor. We aren't the yelling fear based type.
