Requirements

·         Experience as a Painter is preferred but not required.

·         Knowledge of various paints, finishes, and drywall materials to achieve the best results.

·         Proficiency in preparing surfaces for painting and familiarity with the necessary tools and equipment.

·         A keen eye for detail and a strong ability to complete projects on time.

·         A commitment to providing excellent customer service to our residents.

Your Responsibilities:

·         Prepare walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for painting with attention to detail.

·         Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers to achieve a flawless finish.

·         Mix and match colors to meet design specifications and ensure a cohesive look.

·         Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment to ensure they are always ready for the next project.

·         Ensure all surfaces are properly covered and protected while painting.

·         Assist with make-ready duties as needed.
