Technical Customer Service Representative


Position Details:


Location: Morton Grove, IL (on-site, Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm)


Role Overview:

  • Order entry and processing for site manufacturing fire pumps/water pumps (not product support; project management handled by a different team)
  • Handle customer communication, respectful interaction, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal departments
  • Candidates must be computer savvy and proficient with internal systems

Job Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • 3+ years customer service experience (technical/B2B preferred)
  • 2 years college/technical schooling OR 5 years technical work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM (SAP or Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong customer advocacy, technical aptitude/maths, independent work style

Desirable:

  • Proficiency in a second language
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills, teamwork and professionalism
