Job Description

As a React JS Technical Architect with over 10 years of experience in software development and a strong background in front-end technologies, you will have extensive experience in designing and implementing complex React applications, providing technical leadership, and driving innovation. You will play a key role in shaping the architecture and direction of our front-end projects, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and development of scalable and high-performance React applications.

• Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user experiences.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design patterns, and deployment plans.

• Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on front-end technologies.

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role in designing and implementing complex React applications.

• Expertise in React JS and related technologies.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks/libraries.

• Proficiency in state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API).

• Experience with modern build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn).

• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.

• Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.

• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

• Familiarity with server-side technologies and frameworks (Node.js, Express) is a plus.

• Certification in front-end technologies or related fields is a plus.
