Job Title: React Native Developer Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)


Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
• The resource will utilize his specialized knowledge in mobile and web development to effectively gather and analyze requirements, ensuring thorough understanding of client needs and project goals.
• He will communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders using platforms such as email and meeting tools to maintain clear and consistent communication.

Implementation & Solution Design:
• Leveraging his expertise in frameworks like React Native and Angular, the resource will build and design comprehensive solutions based on requirements.
• He will manage the end-to-end solution development lifecycle with both onshore and offshore development teams, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of development tasks.

Technical Advisory & Code Quality:
• Acting as a technical advisor, the resource will provide guidance on planning, implementing, and supporting mobile and web applications, using his knowledge of frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• He will drive Test Driven Development (TDD) using testing practices and methodologies to promote high-quality code and robust testing.

Coordination & Improvement:
• The resource will improve coordination between roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Manager, and Engineering Manager to enhance overall project efficiency.
• He will promote continuous improvement practices within development teams, encouraging the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions to enhance code quality and deployment efficiency, while ensuring availability during onshore hours to address critical defects and collaborate with clients.
