Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively connect with leads (provided by the company) using exceptional phone skills to nurture relationships and identify profitable acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market and property research, evaluating conditions and market values to determine fair and compelling purchase offers.
• Leverage strong negotiation skills to present offers and secure favorable terms for the company, while maintaining rapport and trust with sellers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, working with finance and other internal teams to ensure acquisitions meet investment criteria and company objectives.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all leads, communications, and negotiations using advanced software tools.
• Stay informed on local market trends and regulations, ensuring compliance and demonstrating expertise that drives successful acquisitions.

• Location: Must live within 45 minutes of Salisbury, Maryland
