Responsibilities

• Showcasing and marketing properties to potential buyers
• Guiding sellers on effective strategies to promote their properties and attract favorable offers
• Assisting buyers in finding their dream homes and negotiating the best terms for them
• Staying informed and knowledgeable about the real estate market trends and best practices
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, other real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record of successful sales and customer satisfaction
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
