  • Sammartino, Stout & Lo Presti, Inc., Real Estate Appraisers, is a regional real estate appraisal firm that specializes in the valuation of commercial, retail and industrial properties, consultation, and analysis for numerous clients including: departments of transportation, hospitals, government agencies and authorities, attorneys, accountants, banks, developers, architects, and private property owners.The appraisal profession requires a unique balance of analytical and people-interactive skills and a typical work week includes both in-office and out-of-office (field) time. Due to the significant demand created by our client base, reputation, and expertise, our corporate growth has been strong. As a result, we have a commercial real estate appraiser position open for interested individuals. For non-certified applicants, state certification is a 2 to 3-year track and requires in-job training and some external coursework.Employment OpportunityA full time position is available. Appraisal experience is not necessary, but real estate related education or work experience is preferred. Appraiser Trainees and Certified Appraisers are welcome to apply. Applicants must be detail oriented, organized, adaptable, and have excellent writing, analytical, problem solving, and research skills. Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and use of information oriented databases and programs) are necessary. A bachelor's degree is required (preferable in real estate - business or finance are acceptable). Employee must be willing to relocate or reliably commute to northwest PA (Erie, PA)
