KLR Executive Search Group is proud to exclusively partner with a highly regarded business and litigation law firm with offices in Providence and Boston. As the firm continues to grow its Transactional Practice Group, it is seeking an experienced mid- to senior-level Real Estate Associate to advise a dynamic client base. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm known for its sophisticated legal work, collaborative culture, and deep-rooted relationships across the business community. The firm represents clients ranging from closely held businesses to large public companies and is committed to delivering practical, strategic, and risk-conscious legal solutions that drive real-world value.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Independently handle various components of transactions while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with an experienced team to represent developers, investors, and lenders in complex real estate matters.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support throughout high-profile, multifaceted real estate transactions.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • 4+ years of commercial real estate and or lending experience
  • Current admission in good standing to either the Massachusetts or Rhode Island bar is required, both preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address the commercial implications of legal issues.


The salary range for this position is $140,000–$200,000, plus benefits and bonus potential. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including the role and its responsibilities, as well as a candidate’s experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
