Duties Represent property owners and investors in complex real estate and finance transactions. Handle acquisition, mezzanine, construction financings, refinancings, and loan modifications. Draft and review core transaction documents. Manage transactions from inception through closing and post‑closing. Requirements Three or more years of experience with real estate debt transactions. Experience representing lenders or borrowers. Ability to navigate complex subject matter effectively. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice. Skills Superior writing and communication skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities. Team‑oriented with ambition and drive.
