Zagury Scott, P.A. is a fast-growing, client-focused real estate law firm that operates at the intersection of law, title, and high-level deal execution. We represent buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors in residential and commercial transactions, with a strong presence in luxury real estate.

We are seeking a sharp, driven Real Estate Attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to be part of a modern, growth-oriented firm.

• Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to close
• Draft, Review and negotiate residential and commercial contracts, commercial leases, and closing documents
• Conduct title and survey review and resolve issues proactively
• Communicate directly with clients, agents, lenders, and internal team members
• Collaborate with our processing and closing teams to maintain efficiency and accuracy

• Florida Bar licensed attorney (required)
• 1–5+ years of real estate transactional experience preferred
• Strong understanding of title, closings, and contract review
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
• Ability to manage multiple files in a high-volume environment
• Solutions-oriented and proactive
