A well-established New Jersey law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its expanding real estate practice. The position is ideal for a candidate with 4–6+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions within a law firm environment.

Successful candidates will have a strong foundation in:

• Commercial real estate acquisitions and closings
• Construction contracts and related documentation
• Leasing transactions
• Real estate financing and lending matters

Admission to the New Jersey bar is required; admission to the New York bar is preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary range of approximately $190,000 to $210,000, with final compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
