They are open to Associates and Partners with 3 to 20 years of experience in sophisticated commercial real estate matters. Key Responsibilities All attorneys at the firm service clients across all real estate practice areas, including leasing, acquisitions, development, and more. Compensation Compensation ranges from $160k to $325k for non-partner attorneys, with potential for large discretionary bonuses, or a formula of 40% of the Partner’s collections, plus 20% of the Partner’s originations.
