Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and assist them in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms
• Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to provide suitable solutions
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties
• Promote property sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Trustworthy and reliable, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage sales
• Possess a consultative approach to business and excellent negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
