Job Description

Must have Qualifications:

5+ years' experience in commercial real estate, preferably at a law firm

Organizational skills to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced, complex transactional environment.

Communication skills to interact with all levels of internal staff, attorneys and management and external clients of the firm.

Analytical and critical thinking skills

Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certification a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate title/survey diligence, document execution and closing logistics.

Review and analysis of title, survey and survey zoning documents, assist in resolution of the issues that arise

Drafting of various transactional documents

Preparation of closing documents

Coordinate closing and post-closing logistics

Special projects and additional duties as assigned.
