Responsibilities
- Guide sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the best terms and price
- Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
- Promote sales through various channels, such as advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Show and market real property to potential buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Friendly and trustworthy demeanor
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
