  • Build relationships with sellers and buyers, assisting them in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms
  • Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to offer suitable real estate solutions
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties
  • Promote properties through various marketing techniques and platforms
  • Facilitate sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
  • Ability to work independently and effectively
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and results-driven
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
  • Must be 18 years or older
