Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to sellers and buyers for successful property marketing and purchase transactions.
  • Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose tailored solutions.
  • Facilitate negotiations, ensuring a fair and honest dealing, while consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values accurately.
  • Effectively display and market real properties to attract potential buyers.

Requirements

  • Friendly and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills and MS Office.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
