Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with sellers and buyers to understand their needs and goals
  • Market and promote listings through various channels
  • Guide clients through the process of buying and selling properties
  • Provide information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
  • Generate and manage lists of properties for sale

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Proven track record of sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong listening skills to understand clients' desires and needs
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
