Responsibilities
- Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and terms
- Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to provide suitable recommendations
- Promote sales through various channels, such as advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Ensure ethical conduct and exchange of information between sellers and buyers
- Provide information on legal guidelines, rates, property availability, and specifications
- Manage and maintain lists of properties for sale
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Proven track record of successful sales in real estate
- Ability to work independently and effectively
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong listening and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Trustworthy and results-driven
- Minimum age of 18 years
