Receiving AssociateThe Warehouse Receiving Associate ensures accurate receipt, documentation, and organization of incoming inventory to support warehouse operations.Job Duties:Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase ordersUse computer systems to enter and update inventory recordsUtilize digital tools and scanners to label, sort, and store inventoryInspect received goods for damage, discrepancies, or quality issuesCoordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure proper placement of materialsKnowledge & Skills:Ability to organize, prioritize, and exercise sound judgment within established guidelines.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).Basic understanding of shipping/receiving documentationEducation & Experience:High School DiplomaMinimum of 3 years of experience in a receiving or warehouse leadership role within a manufacturing environment.Experience with ERP or inventory software is beneficial
