As a receiving associate at Mountain Hardware and Sports, you will assist with daily receiving operations, organization, and tracking management of inventory received. You will work to ensure merchandise products are received in proper condition and fulfilled to order’s specifications as well as assist with returns, curbside pickups, and special orders as necessary. Greet and assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing detailed product knowledge Organize and prepare incoming merchandise for stockers, ensuring that items are ready to be efficiently moved to the sales floor Assist with processing, receiving, loading and unloading merchandise Review and compare packing slips to purchase orders to verify that the correct items and quantities have been received Assist in researching and providing special order requests for customers Use strong organizational skills to manage the flow of merchandise and maintain an orderly receiving area.
