As the first impression for all who enter the SourceAmerica National office, this job requires a friendly professional demeanor. This position is based at Source America's National Office in Vienna, VA which is near the Washington, DC metro area. Any candidate will need to be based at this office Monday-Friday, except for company holidays.
SourceAmerica supports a network of over 400 nonprofit agencies (NPAs) across the United States under the AbilityOne Program. These NPAs perform service and product contracts mainly for federal government agencies and help employ over 36,000 people with disabilities nationally. What You Will Do ...
As a Reception Coordinator, your work functions will include but are not limited to the following. A full position description will be given to candidates at the time of the interview.
- Maintaining a friendly and secure reception area for visitors and employees
- Assuring all visitors and sign into our secure system and receive a security badge.
- Notifying company personnel of visitors arrival.
- Managing security badges and assure badge inventory is updated nightly.
- Updating names in Verkada guest system.
- Providing reception services to include receiving and routing incoming calls and processing deliveries.
- Documenting, preparing and shipping checks for weekly check deposit.
- Performing safety and emergency related tasks as assigned.
Salary Range
The salary for this position falls in a range between $33,725- $42,300 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.

- We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as our primary business application system for much of our office processes experience with D365 or using similar methods is preferred.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with individuals and teams across a 400+. organization with a national footprint.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proficient user experience with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- SourceAmerica uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 as its business application system.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
Work Environment
Our organization offers both a hybrid work modelwhere employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweekas well as a fully remote work model, depending on the job requirements and ones proximity to one of our offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or the Washington, DC-area.
