Looking for a Receptionist, who will act as the first point of contact for all guests and candidates, provide general assistance to visitors and internal employees, have an onsite presence, and deliver exceptional customer service with enthusiasm.

 

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service by greeting guests, candidates, and visitors to ensure they have a stunning lobby experience.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal employees for guest & candidate arrival.
  • Highly organized and responsible.
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Proficient in Word and Excel, and Power Point and Outlook.
  • Greets, directs, and announces visitors and assists with general information for guests.
  • Answer telephone and door and delegate calls or visits where appropriate.
  • Assist and provide information, explain procedures, accept complaints and either resolve or refer them to the appropriate official.
  • Open, dating, scanning and distribution of the mail to the appropriate parties daily
  • Ensure Workplace Support desk and lobbies are tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as compiling reports, performing audits, tracking data, scanning, etc.
  • Improve current workflows and processes through innovation.
  • Assist the Workplace Team with special projects as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years administrative support or customer service experience
  • Must be able to work onsite.
  • Must be a team player, flexible, and professional.
  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive.
  • Experience with Google Drive (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) is preferred.
