Seeking to hire a competent and enthusiastic receptionist / administrative assistant on a part-time basis. This is an entry-level position with room for growth in the firm. This person must be punctual and reliable and be able to multi-task and prioritize. Job responsibilities and requirements include:
- Answer phones, direct callers, and take messages, as needed.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- One year of experience in an office environment - legal office preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with clients and vendors.
- Familiar with client management databases (Prevail a plus) and MS Office software.
- Superior organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work Mondays (other days are flexible depending on schedule).
Compensation commensurate with experience.
