Are you looking for a short-term office role to bridge the gap in your schedule? A local Greenville business is seeking a professional, high-energy Office Assistant to provide vital support while a team member is on medical leave. This is a great opportunity to showcase your administrative skills in a friendly, professional environment.

Position – Office Assistant

Job Location – Greenville, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Contract

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay – $18 to $20

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience



Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for the office, you will handle a variety of administrative and reception duties, including:

  • Reception: Greet visitors professionally, maintain the visitor log, and ensure security procedures are followed.
  • Communication: Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls with a positive attitude.
  • Logistics: Manage appointment scheduling, meeting room bookings, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Office Support: Handle data entry, filing, photocopying, and provide clerical assistance to other departments as needed.
  • Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable professional who can hit the ground running.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong multitasking abilities, and a "customer-first" mindset.
  • Traits: High attention to detail, great time management, and a professional appearance.
