The Receptionist acts as a communication link between the customer and our industry-leading Ford Dealership. The Receptionist is responsible for answering and transferring a high-volume of inbound calls with professionalism and precision. We offer a professional work environment with many paths for advancement - being career minded is a must! Responsibilities Follow script and guidelines on each and every phone call. Ensure phones are not left unattended during scheduled shift. Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer. Qualifications Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in a call center, retail or customer service is preferred.
