Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide essential clerical support to the onsite team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting and directing visitors.
  • Provide telephone support by answering incoming calls, redirecting them as needed, and managing voicemails.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain office supplies and report facility-related issues.
  • Offer clerical assistance to staff as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of clerical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience handling reception duties, including answering phones and providing office support.
